Prof. Univ. Dr. Cosmin Marinescu, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Romania (BNR). He carried out various documentation and scientific research internships: Center d’Economie de la Sorbonne (June 2012), ESCP Europe Business School (June 2010), Middlesex University and London School of Economics (April 2008), Institut d’Administration des Entreprises, Lille (June 2002), Maison des Sciences Economiques (October 2001). He laid the foundations, as founding president, of the Center for Economy and Freedom – ECOL, an educational and research initiative that promotes knowledge of the principles of the free market and democratic society.
I am Mihai MANEA, the new owner and CEO of Nine O’Clock. I have a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Bucharest, and I studied Political Science at the Facoltà di Scienze Politiche dell’Università degli Studi di Cagliari 4th year as Erasmus+ scholarship holder. In addition to the daily diplomatic newspaper Nine O’Clock, for 17 years I have been the founder and owner of the MANPRES company www.manpres.ro, the leader on the market for the sale and distribution of subscriptions to printed and online Romanian and international newspapers. Andreea Drăgan joined Nine O’Clock in April 2023 as a Editor. She graduated the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Science in 2023 and holds a degree in communications sciences. She obtained the Cambridge Assessment English: First Certificate in English (FCE) diploma in December 2018 with a B2 Level.
