Exclusive Training in Bucharest: Diplomatic Protocol and Strategic Leadership with World-Class Experts, by Carmen Stefan
June 23, 2025, Bucharest – The Diplomat Hall of the InterContinental Athénée Palace Hotel hosted a truly special event today: the first exclusive one-day training in diplomatic protocol and strategic leadership ever organized in Romania by the United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights (USIDHR) and hosted by Cristna Herea. More than 100 participants – government officials, diplomats, entrepreneurs, and journalists – took part in this intensive program, held between 9:30 AM and 18:30 PM.

Carmen Ștefan is a journalist and communication & public relations specialist, for whom words mean truth, courage, vocation, sincerity, and destiny.
A graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and Journalism, she brings over 25 years of experience in media, public relations, and cultural communication.
Carmen began her career in journalism and evolved into key PR and communication roles, including PR Manager and Director of the Education and Culture Department at the Dan Voiculescu Foundation for the Development of Romania. She also contributed to strategic communication for various organizations, including BDR Associates, Next Advertising, and the Royal Foundation of Prince Paul of Romania.
Her work in cultural and educational programs continues today at the Metropolitan Library of Bucharest, where she promotes innovation in library services.
