One of the world leaders in aeronautical lightweighting, DEMGY Group pushes the limits of ultra-high-performance polymers
DEMGY, an international technology group specializing in sustainable and intelligent plastic and composite solutions, is pursuing its strategic development in 2025 by strengthening its offering in ultra-high-performance polymers.

A new, differentiating global offering: “Engineered for eXtremes”
Building on a long-standing partnership with DuPont for the distribution of Vespel® polyimide in France, Romania and Israel, DEMGY expanded its portfolio in 2024 through a strategic alliance with DRAKE Plastics Ltd Co. This collaboration, combined with DEMGY Normandie’s expertise in the manufacture of fluorinated materials, enables the group to offer a complete range of TORLON® (PAI), Victrex & KetaSpire® (PEEK) and ULTEM(TM) (PEI), PCTFE and other specific formulations, combining distribution and processing.
Thanks to its combined expertise in consulting, material selection and fabrication, DEMGY has established itself as a key player in Europe of ultra-high-performance polymers. DEMGY offers a full range of state-of-the-art processing technologies for these materials: Additive Manufacturing, ultra-precise machining, injection, compression and extrusion.
DEMGY’s legitimacy in ultra-high-performance polymers is based on over 75 years of processing expertise. This recognition in the field has led material suppliers themselves to choose DEMGY as their distribution partner. The Group’s approach is not limited to the supply of materials: it positions itself as a distributor-consultant, capable of recommending, contextualizing and optimizing the choice of materials according to processing constraints to lighten structures, normative requirements and expected performance in actual use.
This momentum is underpinned by a new website dedicated to the world of ultra-high-performance polymers, buypolymers.demgy.com, which will promote the DEMGY Group’s consulting approach and technical DNA.
Consolidation of global leadership in aircraft interiors
DEMGY Group continues its international expansion and reinforces its position as world leader in high-performance plastics for the aerospace industry. Following the acquisition in 2023 of EIS Aircraft in Germany, now DEMGY EIS, a major supplier to Airbus, in April 2025, the Group announced the integration of TOOL GAUGE in the U.S., now DEMGY Pacific, a key Boeing supplier.
These two strategic acquisitions have made DEMGY one of the world’s leading suppliers of plastic and composite parts for cabin interiors, working directly with Airbus, Boeing and all European and American aircraft equipment manufacturers.
About DEMGY Group:
Founded in 1947 (historically Dedienne), the DEMGY Group is an innovative plastics company that designs and manufactures high-performance plastic and composite solutions, lighter than metal, to reduce carbon footprints and promote energy savings in sectors with a high carbon footprint. DEMGY is actively involved in the process of decarbonizing industry.
The Normandy-based group now has 4 sites in France, including the head office at St-Aubin-sur-Gaillon (Normandy), 2 in Germany, 2 in Romania, 2 in the United States, as well as 3 R&D centers.
In 2024, the DEMGY Group generated sales of €100 million, 7% of which was invested in R&D and capital expenditures. DEMGY employs 800 people. In 2025, with the integration of DEMGY Pacific, sales are projected at over €130 million, with 950 employees.
Circular Multiplasturgy®: a circular model for industry
DEMGY’s circular Multiplasturgy® technology offering is a one-stop shop for 15 processing technologies for high-performance polymers and composites, serving the aerospace, automotive, medical, luxury goods and industrial markets. circular Multiplasturgy® makes DEMGY a partner of choice for OEMs and Tier 1s for any solution involving the processing and lightening of high-performance plastics and composites (additive manufacturing, ultra-precise machining, thermoplastic injection, micro-injection, thermoplastic and thermoset composites, metallization, Smart Plastic Products, etc.).
Committed to the low-carbon transition
The DEMGY Group is committed to the ACT (Assessing Low Carbon Transition) project, and is piloting the ACT’Eure project locally, notably with the commissioning of its first photovoltaic power plant in Normandy. Thanks to this approach, DEMGY now has carbon footprints for its sites and its decarbonization trajectory for 2030 and 2050
