Secom® Healthcare Group Supports Prevention as a Lifestyle with National Study Launch and Wellbeing 360˚ Conference

Secom® Healthcare Group, the most well-known company in the dietary supplements industry in Romania*, supports the transition from prevention as an option to prevention as the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, by organizing the “Wellbeing 360˚ – Transforming Prevention into a Lifestyle” conference, which will be held in Bucharest on May 24, 2025. The event marks a new step in supporting people in adopting a conscious and balanced approach to health.
During the conference, the national study “Prevention in Romania” will be officially launched, an initiative by Secom® in partnership with the research agency ISRA Center, which will be conducted annually. The study aims to analyze the attitudes and behaviors of Romanians towards preventive healthcare, providing valuable insight into how prevention is understood, embraced, and applied at an individual level. This initiative takes place within a context where the healthcare system in Romania is under significant pressure – reflected in the high number of preventable deaths** – while the public’s interest in a balanced lifestyle is steadily increasing. The Wellbeing 360˚ conference offers a relevant platform for the launch of this study and for opening a broader conversation about prevention and conscious health.
“Romania ranks first in the EU for deaths from preventable causes – a painful reality, but also an urgent call to action. Prevention must no longer be seen as an option but as the foundation of a healthy life. For years, at Secom, we have been talking about the importance of prevention and constantly offering education and real solutions – with supplements being an essential pillar of a balanced lifestyle, alongside nutrition, exercise, rest, and mental and emotional health. Through the ‘Prevention in Romania’ study and the Wellbeing 360˚ conference, we continue to be part of the change, so that health becomes a priority for as many people as possible,” says Lucia Costea, Co-founder & CEO Secom® Healthcare Group.
The conference will be centered around the four main pillars of health: nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional balance – each addressed from a practical and integrated perspective, alongside the role of dietary supplements in supporting a healthy lifestyle.
Wellbeing 360˚ is aimed at all people who wish to better understand their health needs, adopt conscious good routines, and prioritize their health. The event is designed as a space for reflection, connection, and learning for those who want to move off autopilot and make long-term healthy choices. During the conference, attendees will benefit from the expertise of renowned specialists in essential health fields:
