Alfa Group consolidates the premium residential market in Bucharest with the project Cloud9, after an initial investment of 170 million euro

Alfa Group’s real estate division is consolidating its position in the high-end residential segment with the Cloud9 project, the premium residential complex located in Bucharest’s largest business district. With investments of 80 million euro in the Cloud9 Residence project, completed in 2021, and 90 million euro in the Cloud9 Evolution residential project (first stage of development), located in the immediate proximity, the standards of premium living in Bucharest are being redefined. The company’s representative added: “Project financing has been provided entirely from own funds and bank loans, with no reliance on deposits received from clients. In line with international practice in the real estate sector, the advance payments have been secured in a escrow account.”
