TEILOR Holding S.A. (TEILOR), a group of companies that includes the luxury jewelry chain TEILOR, Teilor Invest Exchange and the financial brokerage company Invest Intermed GF IFN (MoneyGold), lists two new bond issues, one in RON and one in EUR, on the Multilateral Trading System of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), with a total amount of RON 21.9 million.

The lei bonds with the stock symbol TEI29 have a nominal value of 100 lei/bond and a total value of RON 7.416.000, with a fixed annual interest of 9.5%, and a maturity date of October 30, 2029.

The euro bonds with the stock symbol TEI29E have a nominal value of 100 euros/bond and a total value of EUR 2.927.500, with a fixed annual interest of 8.5%, and a maturity date of October 30, 2029.

According to TEILOR, the capital raised in the two bond issues was redirected as follows: 14% for the development of TEILOR SRL, while the remaining 86% went to MoneyGold, the financial intermediation company. The company uses the amounts raised from long-term loans to support working capital and investment expenses for the development of agencies, to increase market share.

TEILOR sold, within a private placement conducted in October 2024, 74,160 bonds to 44 holders, for the issue in RON, respectively 29,275 bonds to 58 holders, for the issue in EUR. The listing of the bonds was carried out with the support of TradeVille as an Authorized Consultant.

TEILOR has two other bond issues listed on SMT, those with the ticker symbols TEI26 and TEI26E, and will reach maturity in 2026.

After the listings of bonds in lei and euros 4 years ago, TEILOR returns to the stock exchange with two new listings, and this makes us happy and shows us that the capital market is a solid financing option for Romanian companies. The more local businesses will choose BVB to finance and expand their activity, the more our economy will prosper, and we will have a more developed and attractive capital market for investors. I wish TEILOR team the best of luck, and I hope to see them again soon, why not, on the company’s listing on the stock exchange.”, said Radu Hanga, President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The capital market is a very efficient source of financing, which helps companies to develop rapidly. A strong economy cannot exist without a solid capital market, just as no healthy capital market can function without a strong economy.”, mentioned Mircea Varga, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TEILOR.

The admission to trading of TEILOR bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange marks an important step, at a time when the company is among the first to adopt the new regulations of the BVB code. The success of these offers, conducted in parallel and brokered by TradeVille, reflects both investor confidence and the increased interest in fixed-income financial instruments with competitive yields. The new listed bonds offer investors opportunities for diversification and stability in a macroeconomic context marked by volatility. Through this brokerage, TradeVille reaffirms its commitment to facilitating access to the capital market and supporting the development of Romanian companies. Each new listing on the BVB contributes to strengthening confidence in the local capital market. We thank the Issuer and the representatives of the Bucharest Stock Exchange for their collaboration and sustained efforts to successfully complete these listings.”, stated Alexandru Dobre, Deputy General Manager, TradeVille.
