“The return of Stanleybet to the Stock Exchange with its second bond listing demonstrates that the capital market represents a solid and viable source of financing for businesses from different fields of activity. The current bond issue was carried out through a public offering, which allowed Stanleybet to reach a wider audience and gain more visibility. We are glad that Stanleybet chose to finance itself through the Stock Exchange and we stand by them for future initiatives on the capital market,” said Radu Hanga, President of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
“We are pleased to have returned to the BVB with our second bond issue and to have managed to maintain investor interest in conditions of global uncertainty and increased competition from the state through Fidelis programs. The Stanleybet bond offering proved to be a competitive investment alternative, both in terms of the characteristics of the instrument and Stanleybet Capital’s profile as a trusted issuer. We thank the investors who have chosen to support us once again.“, said Csaba Tanko, reprezentant Stanleybet.
“It is encouraging to see the capital market fulfilling its financing function, especially for sectors that have limited access to traditional financing solutions. This all the more so in the case of Stanleybet Capital S.A. which has proven to be a serious issuer with a vision validated by its financial track record, and responsible.
Stanleybet Capital S.A. is recommended, first and foremost, by its omnichannel business model, which confers flexibility and rapid adaptability under the impact of materializing external risk factors despite the size of the business. At the same time, the group structure, with an architecture that ensures a balance between the imperative of risk spreading and operational optimization, made us look with confidence at Stanleybet Capital S.A. bonds and come to investors with a solid investment opportunity.”, mentioned Virgil Zahan, CEO Goldring.
The current bond issue is Stanleybet’s second one. The first issue, with a private placement conducted in August 2021, attracted a total value of RON 20 million, with an annual interest of 10%. The repayment of the entire bond loan took place on the due date, in August 2024.
