Salina Praid, one of Europe’s largest salt mines, will host Taste of Transylvania Underground, the first underground gastronomic festival in Romania, from March 28-30
During the three-day event, exceptional local and Romanian restaurants, along with Michelin-starred restaurants from Hungary, will prepare exclusive menus for this special weekend. We will bring the stunning underground space of the salt mine to life: while savoring delicious bites, you will be entertained with jazz performances, choral concerts, and many other live music acts. You can also explore traditional crafts, taste artisanal products from small-scale producers, and participate in exclusive wine tastings. And to top it all off, on Friday and Saturday night, we’ll host after-parties where you can dance the night away!

Stay tuned for detailed program announcements and the full list of participating restaurants!
