We welcome the decision of Hidroelectrica, the largest Romanian company listed on the stock exchange, in terms of market capitalization, to contract IMM services. Taking into account the fact that last year, the company’s share was the second most traded share on the BVB, to which is added the implementation of specific actions to increase liquidity, such as the IMM  contract signed with BRK Financial Group, the context is thus created for supporting liquidity and increasing the attractiveness of Hidroelectrica among investors.”, stated Adrian Tanase, CEO of Bucharest Stock Exchange.

“First of all, we congratulate Hidroelectrica for turning to the services of a market maker and we hope that the results of this partnership will become visible as soon as possible, in terms of improving liquidity from all angles (traded volume, number of transactions, market depth, and trading spread). We will display firm buy and sell quotes with a minimum quantity of 11,000 shares at a maximum spread of 2.5%.”, stated Monica Ivan, CEO of BRK Financial Group.

The Hidroelectrica share is the 17th share of a BVB listed company for which BRK Financial Group offers  Issuer Market Maker services.
