The representation of the Romanian equity market in the MSCI indices increases -2 new companies will be included in the indices starting with November 26th, according to a press release from National Bank of Romania sent to NINE O’CLOCK on Friday, 08 November 2024.

The shares of two new companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, namely Turbomecanica (TBM) and Prebet Aiud (PREB), will be included in the MSCI Frontier IMI and MSCI Romania IMI indices, that include Small Cap, Mid Cap and Large Cap companies. They will be joined also by TeraPlast (TRP), a company that is currently part of the MSCI Frontier and MSCI Romania indices, which include only Mid Cap and Large Cap companies.
