A public auction for 10, 20 or 49 years on 16.05.2024, at 12:00 am at the headoffice of Curtici Arad Free Zone Administration for the concession of an industrial facility with a surface of 4.683 sq.m. and a land with a surface of 14.966 sq.m., located on the Curtici Arad Free Zone, Curtici Platform.
The public auction for 10, 20 or 49 years will be held on 16.05.2024, at 12:00 a.m., at the head office of Curtici-Arad Free Zone Administration located in Arad city, Iulian Grozescu street, number 5.
The interested parties should send the applications, until 24th of April 2024, at 4:00 pm, with the following details:
- Accurate name and address of the company;
- Description of the main activity object;
- The purpose of concession;
- The requested land area;
- The requested period of concession.
The auction documents may be bought starting with the 29th of April 2024.
