The master plan of Nusco City, drawn by the international architecture firm Fuksas Studio
The largest urban regeneration project in the North of the Capital – Nusco City, developed by Nusco Imobiliara, has signed a partnership with the renowned Fuksas Architecture Studio.

The masterplan within Nusco City, which will be handled by Fuksas Studio, will redesign the street front measuring over 600 linear meters along Șoseaua Pipera, 48. For the first time, and with this architectural project, the area will become a landmark for Bucharest, as well as for Romania.
“Our development plans have always had a special determination, so through Nusco City, we aim to accomplish the concept of ‘15-minute city’, because our project truly allows it. Therefore, for the architectural urban plan of the project, we brought one of the most renowned architects in the world – Massimilano Fuksas,” says Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.
With a history of over 40 years, Fuksas Studio has developed more than 600 architectural projects, receiving numerous international recognitions.
“I am pleased to leave my mark in this new urban context, among the most dynamic and interesting of the moment, through this partnership with one of the most important players in the local market: Nusco Imobiliara. The vision of the promoter for their urban regeneration project in the capital of Romania sparked a different inspiration in me to be directly involved in the design of this master plan”, explains Massimiliano Fuksas, Owner of Fuksas Studio.
Nusco City was launched in the winter of 2020 and delivered its first phase in Q2 2023. The second phase is currently in full development, with construction started in Q3 2023 and delivering the first units in Q4 2025.
The second phase of the complex will include 828 units, featuring double studio apartments, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive duplexes – a phase in which an investment of over 130 million euros is estimated. The first phase of Nusco City delivered 622 new homes to the community.
Nusco Imobiliara’s portfolio includes projects such as Premio – a premium boutique residential complex; CITTA Park residential complex; Nusco Towers office building; Caramfil office building; Floreasca One office building; Floreasca Two office building; Pipera Commercial Park; Nusco City Phase 1; Nusco City Phase 2 – launched and under development; Nusco City Phase 3 – concept stage; and the ongoing development of the newest villa complex in the North of the Capital – Nusco Homes. Nusco Imobiliara has surpassed the milestone of 1,300 developed apartments, and this year it has under development another 828 apartments and 118 villas.
