The campaign will rebrand some of the company’s highly visible delivery trucks with the names and faces of She is PepsiCo honorees. Featuring photos of these employees in their work settings, in place of the company’s brands, is at the heart of how the global campaign aims to celebrate and empower women.

At PepsiCo, we believe in the power and potential of every woman. That’s why we’re launching the campaign ‘She is PepsiCo,’ a celebration of the extraordinary contributions of women in the food and beverage industry. We aim to highlight the essential contribution they bring to our success and inspire the next generation of leaders. We envision a future where equity and inclusion are fundamental, where every woman has the opportunity to build a successful career at PepsiCo,” stated Silvia Petre, HR Director PepsiCo East Balkans.

At local level, it’s notable that PepsiCo East Balkans stands out for its gender balance, with 43% women and 57% men among the entire employed population, and among the leaders in East Balkans, the percentage is 53% women and 47% men. This statistic underscores PepsiCo’s commitment to promoting an inclusive and equitable work environment, where the focus is primarily on the talents, skills, and values that each team member consistently brings.

PepsiCo recognizes the importance of women seeing the opportunities available to them. The She is PepsiCo campaign demonstrates how women can build and grow a meaningful frontline career at PepsiCo supported by the tools and culture to nurture their continued development.

Getting more women to apply for frontline roles isn’t just beneficial for the employees, their families and the communities where we operate — it’s also important to our business,” said Becky Schmitt, Chief Human Resource Officer, PepsiCo. “PepsiCo wants women to clearly see the career opportunities that are available to them and hear from the women who are thriving in frontline careers, and beyond. We hope people who see these trucks in markets around the world will be inspired to apply for a role at PepsiCo.”
