AmCham Romania: Competition in Public Procurement Conference: Competition Risks and Practical Remedies, 6th Edition

AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members to the 6th edition of the Competition in Public Procurement – Competition Risks and Practical Remedies Conference, organized by AmCham Romania in partnership with the Competition Council on Wednesday, September 6, between 9:30 – 13:00, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Crowne Ballroom CD.
Following up on last year’s successful event, the conference tackles aspects of relevance for companies, contracting authorities, and state institutions involved in public procurement, such as:
- Promoting Competition and Streamlining Public Procurement (centralized procurement, lotting within public procurement procedures, innovative procedures: innovation partnership, solutions competition, and competitive dialogue) or
- Practical Issues Concerning Participants in Public Procurement Procedures (choosing the method of participation: consortium, use of subcontractors, or third-party supporters, the role of third-party supporters – the necessity of appointing a subcontractor versus utilizing a supplier, limits of conforming participation from a competitive perspective).
The working language will be Romanian. English translation will be provided on request.
Participation is open to AmCham Romania members, free of charge, based on prior confirmation here by September 4, 17:00.
